We did it lovelies! We made it through our first FULL week of ARC August! I think you all deserve a round of applause!
I know I’ve been stalking and judging you via twitter, Facebook and Goodreads but I do it because I can out of love. And look at you! A lot of you have demolished 3,4, 7, and more books! So suck it up! Because we have 20 days to go!
So let’s move on to the cool stuff!
This week I finished a total of 5 books! Woohoo to me!!! 5 books in one week is unheard of for me lately so I’m really proud of myself. Of purse most of 3 of them weren’t even on my list but who cares about that?! I don’t! So here are the 5 I got to!

This week’s goal!
So I also want to spotlight @bokhi_blog who (last time I checked in) has finished an amazing 8 books so far for ARC August!! Woohoo to you! Everyone make sure you tweet your congrats to @bookhi_blog to show your support!
And moving on again! Thanks to my good friend, Jon, over at Scott Reads It, I am proud to announce that ARC August will be having it’s very first twitter chat this Saturday (Aug. 17th)!!!
WOOHOO!!!!! Now many of you are probably looking at me like I’ve grown a 2nd head but trust me this shall be fun! What better way to met other awesome bloggers, hear about other’s accomplishments and fails (yes you!), AND have your ARC August questions answered?! So let me give you a little info about twitter chats!
- A twitter chat is just that. We chat…via twitter…sort of like sending group text.
- The twitter chat will start at 8pm (EST) and will last for one hour. I’m not good at the whole “time conversion” stuff so google it.
- During the twitter chat we will be using the #ARCAugust hashtag. If you don’t use the hashtag I CAN’T SEE YOU!
- Go on and google and TEST “TweetChat” and “TweetDeck” to see which one will be easiest for you to manage. I personally use tweetdeck because I can just add a column dedicated just to “#ARCAugust”. Tweetchat is cool to because it’s just a screen of tweets showing the #ARCAugust tweets but I’m easily overwhelmed so that doesn’t work for me. If you need help with either system tweet me BEFORE SATURDAY and I’ll help you.
If you have specific questions you can leave them in the comments here or you can just tweet them during the chat. I will be asking questions and talking gibberish during the chat so…. yeah. Be afraid!
