Happy February lovelies! I hope your new year is off to an amazing and bookish start. I personally am counting January as a trial month and plan on going into February with guns blazing and balls to the wall.
(You all have no idea how long I’ve wanted to do a post full of Deadpool gifs!!!)
That’s not to say I didn’t have big plans and amazing intentions for January. Oh no! I wanted to read ALL the books, and make ALL the post, and chat with ALL the bloggers; and I did! Sort of…I managed to mark off this beauties
Armada by Ernest Cline was a DNF for me. Just too slow.
Hunter by Mercedes Lackey was AH-MAZING! A full 5 out of 5 stars for me!
Storm Front by Jim Butcher was great! 4 out of 5 stars with me itching to start the sequels!
I Married A Billionaire by Melanie Marchande was God awful! I should have called it quits but…UGH!
The Billionaire Bargain 2 by Lila Monroe was equally awful.
And Shelly, being the absolute bad ass book nerd that she is, finished ELEVEN books!
I’m telling you guys she’s not human! With school, work, CYBILS judging, her “Today In YA” podcast and my daily dose of crazy, she STILL kicked butt and took names!

And to drive home just how absolutely amazing she is, Shelly already has her February TBR selected and ready for us to drool over!
I, being a 100% lazy slacker have no clue what I’m reading for February. But I promise I’m going to work on that list ASAP! And by work on that list I mean something along these lines
(I could do this all night 😀 )

I love the GIFs. I also read Bone Gap last month, and Slasher Girls & Monster Boys is on my TBR list.
I did pretty decent on January, but I didn’t read as much as I should have from my pile… but I finally got to 80% ratio on NG, so hooooray!! I’m sure Feb will be an awesome reading month for you ladies!
