Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Books on Angie’s Fall TBR

Jane Unlimited by Kristin Cashore: I LOVED Cashore’s first series and I am so excited for new words from her.

The Hollow Girl by Hillary Monahan: The cover is spectacularly creepy, add in a book featuring Roma culture and vengeance and I am all. over. it.

Iron Cast by Destiny Soria: This has been on my TBR forever and fall seems like the perfect time to read it.

In Other Lands by Sarah Rees Brennan: Besides that spectacular cover and premise both Christina (Reader of Fictions) and Gillian (Writer of Wrongs) have been yelling loudly about this title which means I must read it ASAP.

Moxie by Jennifer Mathieu: HELLO YES FEMINIST REVOLUTION IN A SMALL TEXAS TOWN PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ABOUT THIS IS NOT ANGIE BAIT?

A Thousand Paper Birds by Tor Udall: My one adult title of the year lol. Magical realism and it sounds gorgeous and feelsy so I have to give it a try.

You Bring the Distant Near by Mitali Perkins: Shelly LOVED this one and multi-generational family stories are my jam.

Every Heart a Doorway by Seanan McGuire: Miriam of Tor editing genius shoved this in my hands when I saw her in January so I’ve been meaning to get to it all year and now is the perfect time I’ve decided.

The Gauntlet by Karuna Riazi: STEAMPUNK. JUMANGI. That should honestly say it all but this is also written by one of the best humans and I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about it.

Before She Ignites by Jodi Meadows: It’s embarrassing that I haven’t read this yet. Jodi Meadows is one of my fav people AND authors and this ARC has been sitting on my shelves for months. I’m a disaster.

  1. I’m excited about Jane, Unlimited too. I have a good feeling about it! I’ve seen some mixed reviews on Before She Ignites :/ I thought about reading it but I’ve got too many other things I want to get to. I hope you’re one of the ones who likes it! Moxie, YES. I need this one too. Every Heart a Doorway sounds super cool too. So yeah adding that to my never ending list.

  2. SO EXCITED FOR MOXIE. Feminist high school revolution?! Totally here for it. Also, I’m so excited to read Before She Ignites! I just got a copy and even though I haven’t read anything from her, I only needed to know “dragons” before getting excited. I’m in the middle of Jane Unlimited, and I really am loving it. It’s odd but in the absolute best way.
